Phone calls, recorded and transcribed. Built into the app.

An AI notetaker with a real softphone built in. No integration, no separate app, no IT setup.

Your own phone number, working out of the box

Sign up for RecordX at recordx.io/register.html, then enable phone calls to get a personal phone number. Anyone can call it. You can call anyone from it. Every call is recorded in HD, transcribed, and summarized alongside your Zoom, Meet, and Teams meetings.

What you get

• A real DID - a working phone number in your country, exclusive to you.
• Inbound and outbound calls - the app answers when someone dials your number, and lets you dial anyone from the keypad or contacts.
• Wake from lock - incoming calls wake your phone the same way a regular call does.
• HD stereo recording - both sides captured cleanly, so the transcript separates you from the caller.
• AI transcript and summary - lands in the same library as your Zoom and Meet transcripts, searchable across everything.
• Cross-device - your number rings on every device you have RecordX installed on; answer on any one of them.
• Compliant recording - one-party consent by default with a jurisdiction-aware notice preamble available.
