Who it's for
Primary-care physicians
Record the visit with patient consent. Get a structured note - subjective, objective, assessment, plan - ready to drop into the chart.
Specialists and consultants
Long specialty visits captured in full. The transcript carries the nuance the summary might flatten, and both are searchable later.
Mental-health clinicians
Record the session on your phone or laptop. Get a clean transcript and a structured progress note tailored to your framework.
Private-practice clinicians
Protect your attention with the patient. Trust the recording to capture every symptom and commitment, then review the summary before the next visit.
Clinic team leads
Shared library across the clinic. Review real visits to coach, catch documentation gaps, and keep handoffs clean between clinicians.
Allied health - PT, OT, SLP
Session recorded, progress note drafted. The time saved on documentation goes back into the patient, not into the EMR.
FAQ
Is RecordX safe for clinical use?
Audio and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest. The spoken content is never used to train AI models. Source audio is deleted after processing. Transcripts can be deleted at any time. Always get patient consent on the record before you record.
Does it produce a structured clinical note?
Yes. The summary is structured for the clinical workflow (subjective, objective, assessment, plan) and ready to drop into the chart. The raw transcript is kept too for anything the summary flattens.
Does it work for in-person visits?
Yes. The Android app records the room from your phone microphone. Set it on the desk during the visit, stop at the end. The note is in the library a few minutes later.
What about telehealth on Zoom, Meet, or Teams?
The RecordX Chrome extension records tab audio. No bot joins the call, no second account is needed.
Does it transcribe in Hebrew and other languages?
Yes. RecordX transcribes and summarizes in 100+ languages including Hebrew, Arabic, English, Spanish, French, and Russian. The spoken language is detected automatically.
