Can I upload the .opus or .ogg file WhatsApp exports directly?
Yes. WhatsApp voice notes are .opus audio (inside an .ogg container) on both Android and iOS. RecordX accepts both as they are - no conversion step.
Is my voice note private? These are personal messages.
Yes. Audio files are deleted automatically after processing. Transcripts stay private in your account, encrypted at rest, and are never used to train AI models.
How does it handle Hebrew slang and Hebrew+English code-switching mid-note?
Pick Hebrew as the language before you upload, instead of leaving it on auto-detect. Then add the names, brands, and slang you hear often to your custom vocabulary in Settings, so they come out spelled right. Each file is transcribed in one language, so English words mixed into a Hebrew note may not come out word-perfect.
