Does RecordX join phone and video screens?

Chrome extension records Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams tab audio with no bot joining. Phone screens dial through the in-app softphone - both sides recorded and transcribed.

How do I share interview highlights with the hiring manager?

Each screen gets a shareable summary link with timestamps. Send the summary; the hiring manager can play the exact quote without listening to the full call.

Does it work for in-person onsites and panel interviews?

Yes. The Android app records the room from your phone microphone. Speaker labels separate interviewers so a panel debrief has the actual quotes attributed.

How long are candidate recordings kept?

Source audio is deleted after processing. Transcripts stay in your account for one year and can be deleted at any time. Always inform candidates and get consent before recording.
