How accurate is the output?
RecordX uses top-tier speech models with post-processing tuned for meeting and call audio. Accuracy is production-grade for English and 20 other supported languages, including Hebrew.
Where is my data stored?
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Source audio is deleted after processing. Transcripts stay in your account for one year and can be deleted at any time. See the privacy policy.
Does recording keep going if the app is killed or the screen locks?
Yes. The Android app runs a foreground service so recording survives app termination, process restarts, and screen locks. You can leave the phone on the table and come back to a complete recording.
Can I record both sides of a phone call?
The built-in softphone captures both sides of the call on separate channels, so speaker labels stay accurate. Platform limits apply to native carrier calls on iOS.
