Do I need to extract audio before uploading?
No. Upload the MP4 as-is; RecordX pulls the audio track server-side.
Which video formats work besides MP4?

Does the transcript include speaker labels for a video?
Yes. Speakers are separated on the audio track and labelled. Rename them after upload.
