How it works
The Chrome extension captures. RecordX handles the rest.
1. Add the extension
Add RecordX to Chrome and sign in once with your RecordX account.
2. Start the Zoom call
Open your Zoom meeting in Chrome. Click record. No participant slot is used and no one gets a bot-joined notification.
3. Get the notes
When the call ends, RecordX transcribes, summarizes, and pulls out action items. Everything shows up in your account.

Privacy and retention
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Source audio is deleted after processing. Transcripts stay one year and can be deleted from your account any time. See the privacy policy and security page for the details.
