RecordX + Dropbox
How it will work
On the roadmap: point RecordX at a Dropbox folder. Every new audio or video file lands, RecordX transcribes and summarizes it, and the transcript, summary, and action items go back to Dropbox as sibling files - so your case folder, client folder, or interview folder stays one folder.
What works today
- Create your RecordX account at recordx.io/register.html.
- Download the audio or video from Dropbox and upload it to the RecordX web app for transcription, summary, and action items.
- Export the transcript from RecordX and drop it back into the same Dropbox folder.
Planned use cases
- Legal case folders - depositions and hearings transcribed into the same Dropbox case folder.
- Therapy practice archives - session recordings summarized without leaving Dropbox.
- Recruiter interview libraries - a searchable transcript sits next to each candidate video.
- Field research audio - hours of interviews turned into transcripts inside the project folder.
