RecordX + ClickUp
How it will work
ClickUp is where a lot of teams keep tasks, docs, and sprints together. On the roadmap: turn every RecordX action item into a ClickUp task in the right list, with the assignee, due date, and priority the meeting decided, and a link back to the transcript that produced it.
What works today
- Create your RecordX account at recordx.io/register.html.
- Install the RecordX Chrome extension.
- Record a meeting - action items land in the RecordX web app.
- Copy the action items into ClickUp until the direct integration ships.
Planned use cases
- Sprint planning notes - decisions become ClickUp tasks in the right sprint list.
- Client-facing project calls - action items land in the client's ClickUp folder.
- Weekly team syncs - assignees show up in each person's My Tasks the next morning.
- Design reviews - follow-ups become subtasks under the parent design ticket.
