RecordX + Calendly
How it works
Calendly puts every booking on your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar the moment a prospect picks a slot, with the video link already baked in. RecordX watches that calendar - the Calendly event is indistinguishable from any other meeting - so it auto-joins on time, records both sides, and delivers a transcript, summary, and action items when the call wraps.
Setup
- Create your RecordX account at recordx.io/register.html.
- Install the RecordX Chrome extension.
- Open the RecordX web app and connect Google Calendar - or Outlook Calendar once it ships - from the settings screen.
- Book a test slot on your own Calendly link and confirm RecordX picks the event up.
