On the roadmap: pull Dialpad call recordings into RecordX so the transcript, summary, and action items land in the same feed as your Zoom, Meet, and Teams calls - one place to search everything, one workflow into your CRM.

What works today
- Create your RecordX account at recordx.io/register.html.
- Download the call recording from Dialpad and upload it to the RecordX web app for transcript, summary, and action items.
- Or take outbound calls from the RecordX phone and skip the download step.
Planned use cases
- Sales prospecting calls - action items and next steps in one feed with the rest of the pipeline.
- Customer success check-ins - transcripts on the account, not stuck inside Dialpad.
